About Mister Rents, LLC in Durant, OK

Texoma Utility Equipment, Inc. was formed in October 1984 by the Metts and Richardson families. At the time, the core business was to recondition and resale pre-owned powerline equipment. During the early 2000’s as the internet became more prevalent and market competition more intense the decision was made to inquire about a Kubota Tractor dealership. The documents were signed, and in October 2004 we received our final certification and dealer agreement. The new business model started well and in August of 2005 we moved into our current dealership location at 3527 N. Washington Ave. in Durant, OK.

Since then, we have built two shop expansions and endured many market variations to remain successful. Currently, we are underway with a renovation and expansion project for the showroom, offices, and new rental division areas. In June of 2022, the dealership expanded its base by creating Mister Rents, LLC., entering a new market, equipment rental. Currently, Mister Rents, LLC offers equipment such as skid steers, tractors, mowers, trailers, and a host of implements and attachments. The rental desk is in the newly renovated service and rental areas of the dealership, Texoma Utility Equipment.

We have been a family-owned business since the beginning and intend to keep that business philosophy in the future. Maintaining a locally owned business has many challenges. Still, by making our customers and employees feel valued, we believe we can continue our businesses successfully. We would like to extend our sincerest gratitude to the customers who have entrusted us with their equipment needs.
